I have to share my fave smoothie recipe, that I discovered by experimenting in the last few weeks.
Lately I am such a smoothie fan! It is so easy to make, delicious and full of good and nutritious ingredients! I am so on the kale bandwagon, because it is so good for you, that even Beyonce was wearing Kale sweatshirt in the 7/11 video.
My variation of the green smoothie consists of:
3-4 leaves kale
1 handful of spinach
1 kiwi
1 piece of fresh ginger
almond milk
optional:
honey
1/2 avocado
you need to just blend it away and enjoy the tangy, spicy and delicious green goodness that is in your glass!
